At Morgan Inspection Services, we take pride in providing premier professional home inspections to clients located in Abilene, Brownwood, Stephenville, Lampasas, Ballinger, Cisco, Cross Plains, Brady, Coleman and surrounding areas of Texas.

We guarantee that we have a certified team of experts who specialize in many different types of inspections. We invite you to take a look at the types of inspections we offer below:

Pre-Purchase Inspection

The most common type of home inspection. The prospective buyer hires a home inspector who is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commision (TREC) to inspect the home. The inspection is conducted according to the Standards of Practice required by TREC.

Pre-Listing Inspection

An inspection performed for the potential home seller in order to identify potential issues with the home before they become an issue with a prospective buyer.

One Year Home Warranty Inspection

Most home builders offer a one-year home warranty in which they agree to repair most items in a home if some goes wrong within the first year after construction of the home. A one-year home warranty inspection covers everything that is inspected during a normal home inspection. If you are approaching your first anniversary in your new home call to schedule your inspection. This can identify problems with the home while the builder is still responsible for making repairs.

Commercial Inspection

Performed according to the rules of the Structural Pest Control Board.

Septic System Inspection

We open up the tank, inspect the inside of the tank with a mirror, check scum and sludge levels, and run a 150-gallon water flow test to ensure that the system is functioning properly. We also have specialized equipment for locating hard-to-find septic tanks.
